Management

Based in Switzerland, the Executive Team, manages the daily operations of the foundation, including program and stakeholder management, communications, and fundraising, while being led and guided by the Foundation Board. The Foundation Board is comprised of Sonova Group leaders and external experts with long-term foundation management experience. An Advisory Board of external audiology experts also voluntarily supports by sharing expertise during the foundation’s project evaluation and steering.
